The KYZEN team will highlight a variety of solutions and technologies the company provides to drive reliability in cleaning processes.
Just as The Battery Show urges attendees to immerse themselves in battery innovation, KYZEN will leverage more than 30 years of cleaning experience to meet attendees’ current and future cleaning needs.
KYZEN recognizes persistent challenges faced by electronics manufacturers and their customers, including ionic contamination developing dendritic growth that produced shorts, electrochemical migration/runaway thermal events and occurrences of “no fault found” failures.
While exhibiting at The Battery Show, KYZEN will provide solutions to meet these challenges in electronics with cost-efficient defluxing chemistries, solutions to improve cleaning results reducing battery management system failures leading to fires and helping increase thermal transfer efficiency.
KYZEN will also feature several solutions focused on cleaning metal parts, oxide removal and providing corrosion protection. Depending upon the cleaning solution or combination chemistry, KYZEN products can improve welding efficiency and strength, remove heavy transit rust protectors to allow for machining of parts, remove aluminum-oxide layers without damaging subframes and provide in-procession rust protection. .
