Oxfordshire, UK: Direct Insight will attend the upcoming Medical Technology UK exhibition, which runs on the 13th and 14th of March 2024 at the Coventry Building Society Arena. At the show, IEC 62304 Class C devices based on the BlackBerry® QNX® Safety OS will be on display, alongside the underlying hardware and low-level software platforms which reduce time-to-market for medical devices. For medical scanners, powerful hardware solutions afford high data throughput alongside AI and data management technologies which permit real-time data analysis and classification.

A leading SoM vendor, Direct Insight has overseen the design-in of the company’s NXP i.MX8M modules into multiple safety-certified medical devices. ITTIA’s time-series data management tool allows real-time data aggregation, querying and filtering, so that large data streams can be down-sampled at source. The tool is used in data-centric medical projects.
