FREMONT, Calif., – Lam Research Corporation has announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share of common stock. The dividend payment will be made on July 9, 2025, to holders of record on June 18, 2025. Future dividend payments are subject to review and approval by the Board of Directors.
