These 600 W automotive-grade devices provide robust protection against high-energy transients in a compact, surface-mount SOD-123FL package, making them ideal for increasingly space-constrained automotive and electric vehicle (EV) designs. Building on the success of the 400 W SZSMF4L Series introduced in 2023, the SZSMF6L Series delivers 50% higher peak power handling while maintaining the same compact footprint. The improved surge protection and enhanced clamping performance help safeguard critical automotive systems exposed to voltage spikes from switching events, load dumps, or electrostatic discharge (ESD).
