DALLAS, TX ― NanoFlowX, the leader in ultra-thin protective coatings for electronics, will exhibit its full suite of coating solutions — V1, V2, V3, VX3, and V4 — at the SMTA LA/OC Expo & Tech Forum, schedule to take place Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2025 in Anaheim, CA. The NanoFlowX team will provide live demonstrations of V2, the company’s flagship waterproofing solution capable of achieving IP67/68-level protection in just minutes.

NanoFlowX provides a faster, simpler, and more cost-effective alternative to traditional conformal and Parylene coatings. Its dip-and-heat-cure process delivers full 360° protection for PCBs, including connectors, without affecting performance or serviceability. Unlike legacy methods, NanoFlowX coatings eliminate masking, long cure times, and the need for expensive machinery.

Technologies highlighted at the show include:

  • V2 Waterproofing Solution – A two-step process that shields electronics from water, corrosion, dust, and humidity with a 5-second dip and 5-minute cure.
  • VX3 Non-Fluoro Coating – Non-fluoro nanocoating and environmentally friendly, VX3 delivers the same protection as V3 for electronics up to 10A or 48V.
  • V4 Salt Water Grade Coating – Offers higher industrial-grade protection for electronics from corrosive environments. For electronics over 10A and up to 240v.

Attendees will have the opportunity to schedule free testing of up to three devices, review real-world case studies—including consumer electronics, drones, and rugged servers, and explore test kits for rapid in-house trials.
