NEW DELHI – Delta, a global leader in power management and smart green solutions, today showcased an integrated suite of AI-driven manufacturing and digital twin technologies, as well as data center infrastructure, and intelligent building solutions at SEMICON India 2026, inaugurated by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi. A key feature of the exhibit is Delta’s AI-driven digital twins which enhance production lines’ productivity by boosting simulation precision and efficiency, leveraging NVIDIA Defect Image Generation technology to reduce defect detection model and improve development time for new products from three months to two weeks.

Aligning with this vision, Benjamin Lin, President, Delta Electronics India, said, “India’s semiconductor ambitions represent one of the most significant industrial transformations of our time, and Delta is proud to bring together its global technology capabilities to support that journey. Our showcase, powered by NVIDIA technologies, reflects our commitment to helping India build a manufacturing base that is intelligent, resilient, energy efficient, and globally competitive.”

Delta leverages AI to strengthen production line digital twins, enhancing simulation precision and efficiency from product assembly, production line design, and equipment verification to defect detection. This reduces tuning costs of line deployment and accelerates cross-regional replication. Notably, Delta combines NVIDIA Defect Image Generation skill powered by NVIDIA Cosmos, an open world foundation model, to automatically create diverse defect patterns and surface texture data, significantly boosting the training efficiency of AI defect inspection models and enhancing AOI rates by 17%.

Niranjan Nayak, Managing Director, Delta Electronics India, added, “At Delta, we see India’s semiconductor mission as a defining opportunity to demonstrate what connected, AI-driven manufacturing can achieve. By bringing digital twins, industrial automation, and intelligent infrastructure together into a single ecosystem, we are helping manufacturers move faster from concept to production while building the resilience India’s high-tech ambitions demand.”

Highlights of Delta’s booth at SEMICON India 2026 include:

  • AI-Enhanced Production Line Digital Twins: The solution demonstrates co-simulation with PCB glue dispensing as an example, with integrating Delta’s Virtual Machine Development Platform DIATwin and the NVIDIA Omniverse libraries. With AI, the solution auto-generates optimal paths, validates with high-fidelity simulation, and instantly translates them into machine recipes. The mechanism completes verification virtually and shortens mass production prep cycles, which has already been successfully deployed in Delta’s Thailand plant for AI server power supply lines. Additionally, Delta adopted NVIDIA Defect Image Generation skill, powered by NVIDIA Cosmos open world foundation models, NVIDIA TAO fine-tuning toolkit, and NVIDIA Isaac Sim, an open simulation robotics framework, to successfully accelerate automated optical inspection (AOI) model development. This drastically slashed the model preparation time for new, unknown product defects from three months to just two weeks.
  • Precision Semiconductor Assembly – High-speed die pick-and-place and advanced packaging technologies expand Delta’s presence in semiconductor assembly and advanced packaging with its core strengths in automation control and intelligent connectivity to deliver highly integrated smart manufacturing solutions.
  • DIA Smart Manufacturing Software Architecture – DIASECS, DIAEAP+, DIAMES, DIAWMS, and DIATwin bring together machine connectivity, production data, and quality intelligence, enabling manufacturers to move from isolated equipment to a connected, data-driven environment.
  • IIoT-Based Industrial Automation Portfolio – Robotics, machine vision, motion control, and intelligent inspection connect machines, devices, and manufacturing systems to enable greater visibility, traceability, and real-time operational intelligence across the factory floor.
  • Data Center Infrastructure Solutions – A range of power technologies, air and liquid cooling, and networking for different layers of the data center ecosystem, supporting the growing computing requirements of AI- and data-intensive manufacturing.
  • Intelligent Building Management Solutions – Supporting efficient, reliable, and sustainable facility operations.

Visit Delta at Booth # 1601, Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, from September 17-19, 2026, to experience live demonstrations and interact with the company’s latest innovations in smart manufacturing, digital twins, precision assembly, and intelligent infrastructure.
