Microscreen, a U.S. manufacturer specializing in high-precision SMT solder stencils and custom tooling solutions, has named Kristy Jackson, MBA, its new Senior Marketing Manager. Jackson brings two decades of marketing, public relations and customer relationship experience within the electronics manufacturing industry.
In her new role, Jackson will help lead Microscreen’s marketing strategy and communications as the company continues to grow. Her focus will include strengthening the Microscreen brand, sharing the company’s technical expertise and helping customers better understand the people, products and service behind the business.
“Kristy already knows our industry and many of the people we serve, but what stood out most was how much she cares about doing good work and taking care of people,” said Steve Thomas, President of Microscreen. “That matters here. We are growing, and we wanted someone who could help us tell the Microscreen story honestly while building on the relationships that have always been important to this company. Before joining Microscreen, Jackson spent nearly 20 years in electronics B2B marketing. During that time, she developed marketing and public relations programs for companies throughout the electronics manufacturing industry, managed long-term customer relationships and supported clients through product launches, company announcements, trade shows and other marketing initiatives.
Jackson earned both her bachelor’s degree in marketing and Master of Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Jackson joins Microscreen during an important period of growth. The company recently expanded its manufacturing and technical footprint with a facility in Oxford, Connecticut, while continuing to invest in its team, capabilities and customer support.
