Under the theme “From friction to flow,” the solutions target operational bottlenecks across various business-critical functions.

The new solutions from Nagarro on show at Dreamforce included:
- RetailAssist: a voice-enabled assistant for field representatives covering visit planning, store insights, and shelf-compliance analysis, flagging stock gaps and pricing issues in real time. RetailAssist was a winning solution at the recent Agentforce Mumbai Hackathon.
- FieldPursuit: a service assistant for field technicians, with AI-driven job preparation, predictive diagnostics, and repair guidance to improve first-time fix rates, plus automated documentation, compliance checks, and work-order closure.
- SalesPursuit: an AI lead-management agent that qualifies and prioritizes leads, reads customer signals, and automates activity summaries and CRM updates so representatives can focus on selling.
- ContractIQ: a contract-review agent that summarizes, redlines, validates clauses, compares versions, and checks policy compliance for faster, more accurate legal and sales reviews.

Dreamforce 2026 marked a shift from AI as a feature within CRM to AI as the way enterprises coordinate work, with attention increasingly moving from pilots to production. Salesforce presented its platform as four connected layers: Data 360, Customer 360, Agentforce, and AIforce. It announced AIforce, a live interface layer with experiences including Claudeforce and Slackforce, and introduced Koa, its first CRM reasoning model, built on NVIDIA Nemotron, along with the Enterprise AI Harness for governance and security. Security was one of the event’s biggest talking points. Most access models were built with a human user in mind, but agents work at a different scale: there are more of them, they move faster, and new ones are added constantly. Nagarro secures agentic deployments on three fronts: data, platform, and the agents themselves. That means tagging sensitive data and applying the same policy to agents and humans alike, running red-team agents to catch weaknesses early, and building in observability so teams can see what an agent is actually doing, not just what it was scoped to do. The harder question is accountability, having clear lines of responsibility between humans and agents as deployments scale, and that’s ultimately what decides whether an agentic transformation sticks.
