SEHO Systems GmbH will introduce the SelectLine-S, a new selective soldering machine, at NEPCON Shenzhen 2026, taking place October 27–29 in Shenzhen, China. Developed specifically for the Asian electronics manufacturing market, the SelectLine-S combines SEHO’s engineering expertise with Heller Industries’ manufacturing experience in Asia. The all-in-one solution brings together key selective soldering processes in a compact machine designed for a broad range of applications. The SelectLine-S will be presented at booth 11D65.

SelectLine-S: More Capability in a Compact Design

Selective soldering demands precise process control, efficient thermal management and consistently reliable performance. The new SelectLine-S meets these demands with a fully integrated solution, featuring precise flux application, powerful preheating and two independently operating soldering units.

The precision microdrop fluxing unit uses automatic cleaning and continuous function monitoring to support reliable process performance. Energy-efficient top and bottom preheating ensures effective thermal management, while the two independent soldering units provide greater flexibility and help achieve short cycle times.

The SmartSplit production mode further boosts productivity by automatically distributing soldering tasks across both soldering units, even when processing different assemblies. This minimizes idle times, maximizes equipment utilization and increases throughput without additional hardware investment. Combined with a high-performance automation PC, intuitive programming and a new human-machine interface (HMI), the SelectLine-S supports efficient setup and straightforward operation.

“With the SelectLine-S, we have focused on bringing together the essential functions of selective soldering in a compact, well-balanced machine. Our goal was to combine process performance, production flexibility and equipment efficiency in a solution that addresses the needs of Asian manufacturers. This is an important addition to our portfolio and a further step in developing our presence in the region,” says Lena Walter, CCO at SEHO Systems GmbH.

Expanding the Partnership with Heller

The partnership between SEHO and Heller extends beyond the manufacturing of the SelectLine-S and marks another step in the development of their growing international cooperation. Particularly in Asia, both companies see further opportunities to strengthen their partnership. In addition to the SelectLine-S, wave soldering technology is another area in which the partnership is expected to grow.

The partnership will also help SEHO strengthen its presence in Asia and enable its subsidiary SEHO China to provide customers with faster and more comprehensive service. With additional software expertise and expanded process engineering capabilities, SEHO aims to enhance its technical services and respond more effectively to customer needs.

Together, these initiatives underline SEHO’s commitment to the Asian market and to delivering complete solutions that meet customers’ evolving needs.
