Axelera AI’s Metis accelerators run AI models inside embedded and edge equipment, turning camera streams into information a machine can act on. Explore that step from model to product with Astute Group at electronica 2026, where we’ll feature a demonstration including Voyager and Wingman.

Picture a production line checking surface finish, reading labels or helping a robot find the part it needs to pick. Each task asks a camera system to do more than record a simple visual capture. It needs to interpret what it sees within the equipment’s power, cooling and space limits.

The same technology opens possibilities beyond the factory. Retail systems can monitor shelf gaps and queues; traffic systems can analyse vehicle flows. Processing close to the camera gives designers another way to build intelligence into the equipment gathering the data.

Getting there involves software as well as silicon. Axelera’s Voyager SDK helps prepare models and connect camera input, AI processing and application output. Wingman, its AI development assistant, helps engineers navigate SDK questions, create pipelines and work through debugging.

Come and explore those tools with our experts. Bring an inspection task, a vision application or a model you want to move into hardware. For heavier workloads, Axelera’s newer Europa architecture also extends the discussion towards enterprise and data centre inference.

Axelera is one of the technology partners you can discover across Astute’s wider presentation at Messe München on 10–13 November. Visit Hall C5, Stand 421, to see the demonstration and discuss how we can help with your next design. Book a meeting, or call in to talk edge AI over a coffee on us.
