Moscow’ show, scheduled from 12th – 15th May, 2025 at IEC Expo Centre, Moscow Russia, this time with a larger space.
The Russian automotive market has recently undergone significant developments. 133,867 new cars and light commercial vehicles were sold in December 2024, which increased by 3.7% compared to the same month of year 2023. Additionally, the export of automobile components from India to Russia has seen a notable upswing, growing from 170 million USD in 2023 to 184 million USD in 2024, reflecting a robust recovery from the downturn caused by geopolitical tensions.
MIMS Automobility is the leading exhibition of automotive spare parts, automotive components, equipment and vehicle maintenance products in Russia and CIS Countries. The past editions have seen biggest manufacturers and distributors present their products and services for the Components & Parts, Diagnostics & Repair, Accessories & Customizing, Batteries & Electronics, Management Software & Digital Solutions, Connectivity, Alternative Drive Systems & Fuel.
In 2024, the number of exhibitors trebled to 1,928 companies with over 58,356 visitors to the Show. ACMA has secured a strategically located space in Hall 2.1 to maximize visibility and engagement for our members.
ACMA has approached the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India for a grant under the MAI scheme, hence the final subsidised cost of participation has not been finalised yet. If approved, ACMA would refund the subsidy amount to companies, after adjusting all expenses towards the ACMA Joint Stand participation of companies, post the Show.
Continuing with its initiative of select your own location for the international Shows:
- ACMA will open the online booth selection portal, to help companies choose the location of their preference.
- ACMA will not be charging GST on international Show participation (Overseas Exhibitions).
- Based on requests / inputs, to help companies, who cannot pay on-line and are unable to get priority space, the company has to give an Undertaking-Indemnity Bond on Rs.100/- non-Judicial stamp paper (as per the attached format) stating that the company will make full payment within 10 working days after submitting the online participation form. However, the temporary space reservation request would be valid only after uploading of the aforementioned bond and the original has to be sent to ACMA office within 5 working days from the date of intent.
Please note:
- Companies have to necessarily apply for space using the online participation form which would be considered on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Selection of booths option would only be enabled/confirmed upon receiving 100% payment or the aforementioned bond in original (within 10 working days from the date of issue of e-invoice by ACMA. Please note that ACMA is registered as an MSME).
- Since the space is being chosen by the companies on their own, ACMA cannot ensure non-competing companies participating next to each other.
- Companies wanting additional booth space(s) would have to necessarily register separately to reserve space in their group company(s) name with a different IEC code and payment from the respective group company.
- Member Companies with outstanding payment(s) to ACMA on account of membership subscription or exhibition/events will not be able to access this system.
- No cancellation allowed post confirmation of space.
The cost of a 9 sq.mts. fully furnished booth is INR 6,25,000 Lakh/- (non-subsidized). As mentioned above, ACMA would reimburse the subsidy amount if approved by the Government, post the Show. The subsidised cost of a 9 sq.mtrs. built-up booth is expected to be between INR 3,95,000 to 4,10,000 Lakh /-.
For companies opting for a corner location, an additional charge of INR.35,000 will be applicable.
Member companies (with a membership period of minimum 1 year), may perhaps also be able to get the reimbursement towards economy class, to and fro airfare, for one person per company (Permissible only to the regular Director / Partner/ Proprietor or a regular officer of the company on senior managerial Position), for companies who are having export FOB value less than 50 Cr. in the preceding financial year and complying to other guidelines of MAI Scheme, such reimbursement will be extended subject to the approval from Ministry of Commerce.
