India’s export of auto components to the US has seen steady growth over the years.  FY24 saw auto components exports to the US to the tune of $6.8 bn.

Continuing with a focused and concerted approach of enhancing export potential to the U.S. market, ACMA India is organizing a joint stand participation of companies at the AAPEX Show, scheduled for 4th – 6th November 2025.

The AAPEX show is known to provide a platform covering the full spectrum of automotive aftermarket with the following product range – Alternative Fuel, Tool & Equipment, Auto components, Large Fleet companies, Diagnostics / Telematics, Tire Servicing, Transmission Supplier, International, E-Commerce Distribution, Automotive Technology, Aftermarket Warehouse Distributors Association (AWDA), Import Vehicle Community, Mobile Heat Transfer/Heating/Air Conditioning, Paint, Body and Equipment and Remanufacturing. The 2024 edition of the AAPEX Show hosted 2600+ manufacturer & supplier companies, which doubled from its previous edition, and saw 136,884 trade visitors from 130 countries.

ACMA’s joint stand at the AAPEX 2025 is spread over 4000 sq.ft. of area to accommodate 40 companies In Caesars Forum Hall with 100 sq.ft. of area (9 sq mtrs) per company.

Please note: ACMA has approached the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India for a grant under the MAI scheme, hence the final subsidized cost of participation has not been finalized yet. If approved, ACMA would refund the subsidy amount to companies, after adjusting all expenses towards the ACMA Joint Stand participation of companies, post the Show.

The non-subsidized, non-refundable cost of a fully furnished built-up booth of 100 sq. ft (9 sq. mtrs) is INR 9,30,000/.  ACMA would reimburse the subsidy amount post Show. The subsidized cost of a 100 sq. ft. built-up booth is expected to be between INR 6,90,000 to 7,10,000/-.

For companies opting for a corner location (2-side open), an additional charge of INR 40,000/- will be applicable.

Regular Member companies (with at least one year of membership) may perhaps also be able to get the reimbursement towards to and fro airfare economy class, for one person per company (Permissible only to the regular Director / Partner/ Proprietor or a regular officer of the company on senior managerial Position), for companies who are having export FOB value more than 50 lakhs and less than INR 50 Cr. in the preceding financial year and complying to other guidelines of MAI Scheme, such reimbursement will be extended subject to the approval from Ministry of Commerce.

ACMA is continuing with its “select your booth” initiative for the international shows.

·       ACMA has developed an online booth selection portal, to help companies choose the location of their preference.

·       ACMA will not be charging GST on international Show participation (Overseas Exhibitions).

·       Companies can do NEFT/RTGS to ACMA, details of which would be available to companies while accessing the portal.

·       To help companies, who cannot pay on-line and are unable to get priority space, based on requests / inputs, ACMA has initiated a process, wherein a company gives an   Undertaking on the company letter head (as per the attached format) stating that the company will make full payment within 10 working days after the submission of online registration form. However, the temporary space reservation request would be valid only after uploading of the aforementioned bond and the original has to be sent to ACMA within 5 working days from the date of intent.

Please note:

·       Member Companies with outstanding payment(s) to ACMA on account of membership subscription and/or exhibition/events will not be allowed access to this system.

·       Since the space is being chosen by the companies on their own, ACMA cannot ensure non-competing companies participating next to each other.

·       Selection of booths would only be enabled / confirmed upon receiving the aforementioned bond in original on a first-come-first-serve basis or payment by RTGS/NEFT.

·       Companies wanting additional booth space(s) would have to necessarily register separately to reserve space in their group company(s) name with a different IEC code and payment from the respective group company.

·       Companies would have to pay participation fee within 10 working days from the date of issue of e-invoice by ACMA.  Please note that ACMA is registered as an MSME.
