Electronics Era: Kindly explore Mobisoft Infotech as a company and its journey so far.

Mr. Nitin: Mobisoft Infotech began its journey in 2010 with a sharp focus on building smartphone applications. Over the years, we’ve grown into a full-cycle product engineering partner. We’re serving over 200 clients globally across healthcare, transportation, sports, ecommerce, and retail. Headquartered in Pune, India, with a strong presence in the USA through our Houston, Texas office, our team of over 200 engineers, designers, and strategists is driven by one mission: solving real-world business challenges through the power of technology. It’s been an incredible journey so far, and we’re just getting started.

Electronics Era: How does Mobisoft Infotech bridge the gap between business goals and technology capabilities?

Mr. Nitin: We start by understanding the “why” behind every project that the business truly wants to achieve. Once the core objectives are clear, we align them with a practical and scalable technology roadmap. Through product discovery workshops, rapid prototyping, and agile delivery, we ensure that every solution stays tightly aligned with business goals. For us, it’s not just about writing code, it’s about creating a measurable impact that drives growth and long-term value.

Electronics Era: How are enterprises moving from AI experimentation to real-world implementation?

Mr. Nitin: We’re well past the experimental stage. Enterprises are actively integrating AI into their core operations. Whether it’s customer support, recruitment, sales & marketing automation, or advanced analytics, AI is now a driver of real business value. What’s accelerating this shift is the growing maturity of AI tools, scalable cloud infrastructure, and a stronger emphasis on data quality and governance. Most organizations are adopting a pragmatic approach. Start small, validate quickly, and then scale what works. It’s all about tangible outcomes, not just innovation for innovation’s sake.

Electronics Era: What shifts are you observing in sales, operations, and decision-making with AI adoption?

Mr. Nitin: We’re seeing AI significantly transform sales operations into smarter, more streamlined functions. Predictive lead scoring, intelligent territory management, and personalized outreach are helping sales teams prioritize better and close faster. AI also enables real-time forecasting and performance tracking, which improves planning accuracy. Routine tasks like data entry, follow-ups, and scheduling are being automated, freeing up reps to focus on high-value conversations. For leadership, AI-powered dashboards provide actionable insights, enabling faster, data-driven decisions. Overall, it’s making sales operations more agile, efficient, and outcome-focused.

Electronics Era: What should businesses consider before investing in Generative AI? Any examples?

Mr. Nitin: Before investing in Generative AI, businesses need to start with a clear problem statement. It’s easy to get caught up in the hype. But success comes from solving real, well-defined challenges. Equally important is assessing data readiness. Your data needs to be clean, structured, and secure. We’ve implemented GPT-based chatbots in healthcare to improve patient interactions and built internal knowledge assistants to enhance productivity. Gen AI can be incredibly powerful for content creation, code generation, or customer support, but it needs strong use case clarity, accuracy guardrails, and a continuous feedback loop. In short, don’t just adopt Gen AI to experiment, adopt it to create impact.

Electronics Era: What’s your perspective on AI Agents, RAG, and GPT integration for real-time intelligence?

Mr. Nitin: This is one of the most exciting areas in AI right now. AI agents have evolved from simply responding to actually taking meaningful actions. When paired with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), they can access and pull in real-time, contextually relevant information from trusted sources. Layer GPT on top, and you get intelligent, conversational interfaces that feel natural and deeply informed.

At Mobisoft, we’ve leveraged this combination to build AI-powered helpdesks, document summarizers, and internal knowledge assistants. What’s remarkable is how these systems continue to improve through use, becoming more accurate, responsive, and proactive with each interaction.

Electronics Era: Many startups and SMEs are emerging post-COVID. How can they use AI to compete smarter?

Mr. Nitin: Post-COVID, we’ve seen a surge in startups and SMEs. And the good news is, they’re uniquely positioned to leverage AI effectively. Their agility is a major advantage. My advice: treat AI as a productivity multiplier, not a luxury. Start with one high-impact area like automating customer support, qualifying leads, or improving demand forecasting.

Focus on practical, outcome-driven use cases. Use scalable tools, experiment quickly, and iterate fast. You don’t need a massive budget to build impactful solutions. With the right tech partner, tools, and a clear focus, even a small team can outpace larger competitors. It’s not about size, it’s about how smart and adaptive you can be.

Electronics Era: What future trends are you excited about in the AI and Gen AI space?

Mr. Nitin: We’re heading into a world of multi-modal AI where models can understand not just text, but voice, images, and video. Edge AI will make solutions more private and responsive. Open-source LLMs will empower more businesses with control. We’re particularly excited about autonomous agents that can handle complex tasks with minimal human input. In sectors like healthcare and logistics, the impact will be massive, with faster diagnostics, better planning, and truly intelligent automation.
