PHOENIX- Avnet has announced it will report financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2023 on August 16 after market close. Following the earnings release, Avnet’s Chief Executive Officer Phil Gallagher and Chief Financial Officer Ken Jacobson will host a webcast and conference call at 1:30 p.m. PT / 4:30 p.m. ET to discuss the financial results and provide a corporate update.
Avnet’s Board has also scheduled the Annual Meeting of Shareholders for Thursday, November 16, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. Arizona time. The meeting will be held at Avnet’s Corporate Headquarters located at: 2211 South 47th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85034. The record date for determining the common shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting has been set at the close of business on September 18, 2023.
