Phoenix – Stephen Hogg, VP Asset, Sourcing & Supply Chain, Avnet and Jennifer Chen, Supply Chain Solutions Architect, Avnet Velocity have both been recognized as one of Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s 2023 Pros to Know.
Stephen was awarded in the Top Procurement Pros category, which recognizes his exceptional contributions to the procurement space and innovative approaches to supply chain management. Jennifer was awarded in the Rising Stars category, which recognizes young or new professionals whose achievements, hard work and vision have shaped the supply chain network.
Since joining Avnet in July 2023, Stephen has demonstrated remarkable leadership by spearheading initiatives aimed at optimizing the alignment of customer demand with actual requirements. His efforts have resulted in significant reductions in unnecessary inventory within the supply chain, driving efficiency and cost savings.

Jennifer joined Avnet in 2018 as an Enterprise Data Manager and has since transitioned to the role of Supply Chain Solutions Architect in 2020. In her time at Avnet, Jennifer has been a catalyst for positive change within the supply chain and logistics space. Her strategic approach, coupled with a focus on proactivity and enhanced visibility, has significantly impacted Avnet and its partners.
