New Delhi, India – Bluebird Solar, one of India’s fastest-growing solar panel manufacturers, proudly announces a major milestone in its growth journey. The company is all set to expand its solar PV module manufacturing capacity to 2.5 GW by October 2025, backed by the latest in smart automation technologies.

This strategic enhancement marks a significant leap toward meeting the rising domestic and global demand for high-efficiency solar modules, in alignment with India’s renewable energy targets and the vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

“Our expansion to 2.5 GW is not just about scale—it’s about smart manufacturing,” said Mr. Akshay Mittal, Director of Bluebird Solar. “We are integrating next-generation automated systems to ensure superior product quality, higher throughput, and seamless delivery timelines to our clients across residential, commercial, and utility sectors.”

The upgraded facility will be equipped to produce advanced Mono PERC, TOPCon, and Bifacial PV modules, featuring fully automated robotic lines for cell stringing, lamination, EL testing, and module assembly. These innovations will dramatically improve efficiency, reduce production errors, and set new benchmarks for quality control.
