We are pleased to announce an India Pavilion – a Joint Stand of Indian auto component manufacturers at the forthcoming Automechanika Shanghai, scheduled from 26th – 29th November, 2025 in Shanghai, China.
Automechanika Shanghai 2025, set to be the largest edition yet, will span all 15 halls of the NECC, Shanghai with over 7,000 exhibitors from 180+ countries. The show places strong emphasis on new energy vehicles, sustainability, and digitalisation, featuring expanded zones on battery tech, ADAS, green repair, and connected mobility. With 80+ conferences, live demos, and curated theme routes, it serves as a dynamic platform for global networking, innovation showcases, and deep engagement with the fast evolving automotive value chain.
The ACMA Mobility Foundation (AMF) has been allocated 172.5 sq.mtrs of strategic space in Hall 2.1 (International Hall) of the Show and would be able to accommodate 13 companies within the India pavilion.
The cost of a 9 sq. mtrs. fully furnished booth which tentatively will contain partition walls, fascia, lockable cabinet with company logo, round table, LED lights, carpet, power socket, waste paper basket, shelves, carpet, India branding, podium, chair is INR 6,30,000/-. For companies opting for a corner location (2-side open), an additional charge of INR 30,000/- will be applicable.
Companies also have an option to opt for raw space of minimum 36.75 sq. mtrs. with dimensions 3 mtrs. in depth and 12.25 mtrs. in width. The raw space is available at separate location in the same Hall. The cost per sq. mtrs. for Raw Space would INR 39,000/-, which includes raw space cost and Media Package (excluding construction of stand, cleaning and electricity).
