MINMAX has launched the new MJWI40 series 40W DC-DC converter, an ultra-compact, high-efficiency power solution specifically designed for industrial applications. Featuring a 1″ × 1″ compact package, this series offers an impressive power density of up to 93W/in³ and achieves high efficiency of 93%, ensuring stable operation and energy-saving performance.

The MJWI40 series supports a 4:1 ultra-wide input voltage range to meet various power needs, providing stable output with a 1500VDC isolation capability, making it ideal for harsh industrial environments. This series performs exceptionally well in a wide temperature range from -40℃ to +85℃, requires no minimum load, and has extremely low no-load power consumption, further enhancing energy efficiency. It includes comprehensive protection mechanisms such as input under-voltage, output over-current, over-voltage, and short-circuit protection, ensuring device and system safety.

Equipped with remote ON/OFF control and output voltage adjustment functions, the MJWI40 series adapts to diverse applications. Its shielded metal case and insulated baseplate provide excellent EMI shielding capabilities. The series meets international safety standards UL/cUL/IEC/EN 62368-1 certification and carries the CE mark, ensuring high-quality assurance for global applications.
