Panasonic Industry will be showcasing its latest industrial automation solutions for machine builders at SPS Italia 2025 from 13h to 15th May in Parma, Italy at Pad. 6, stand H008. From precision to efficiency, the solutions offered are distinguished by their integrated intelligence and are set to redefine commissioning times and reduce the ‘time to market’ of machines.

Panasonic has a range of cutting-edge products that promise to radically transform the industrial automation landscape. At the center of attention are the new MINAS A7 drives, designed to integrate artificial intelligence to optimize machine tuning. This solution leads to increased precision and

operational efficiency, significantly reducing commissioning time and ‘time to market’.

Preview: Servo MINAS E7

In the entry-level application segment, Panasonic introduces MINAS E7 servo. Featuring an unprecedented compactness thanks to Generation ‘7’ technology with STO, this device offers easy installation and intuitive tuning. With support for EtherCAT network, MINAS E7 is the ideal choice for industries such as packaging, handling and assembly.

MINAS A6BC: Better performance at low cost

MINAS A6BC comes with a simple and intelligent drive, also with EtherCAT support. It features a frequency response of 3.2kHz and a latch position probe for ultra-fast synchronization, making it perfect for applications in metal, printing and beyond.

Motion GM1 library: Innovation at the click of a button

Panasonic Industry is also launching the new Motion GM1 library, a must- have resource for engineers and designers. This library offers advanced motion and synchronization management solutions, thus reducing design and implementation time. Its functionality ranges from file management to kinematic conversion, showing unrivalled flexibility.

Safety: FSoE standard on MINAS A6 MULTI

The implementation of the FSoE (Functional Safety over EtherCAT) safety protocol on MINAS A6 MULTIis equally important, ensuring a SIL3 safety level with continuous monitoring and redundant systems for optimal protection.

The innovative EX200 HMI Panels are ideal as edge devices for control and data visualization in Industry 4.0 environments. With support for technologies such as OPC UA, MQTT and SQL, these panels boast a 64-bit processing platform designed for maximum IT security.

Exclusive Preview: CX-F100 Laser

One highlight of the booth will be the preview of the CX-F100 laser with its long-distance detection capability of up to 3 meters. Using time-of-flight (TOF) technology, this laser guarantees reliable performance regardless of the color or material of the object, making it ideal for packaging and handling applications.

LP-ZV short pulse fiber 3D laser marker

High precision and efficiency combined with a large marking area and 3D marking option for metal and resin: when marking becomes complex, the LP- ZV becomes the ideal solution for a wide range of text, graphics, barcode or 2D code marking applications on metal or plastic. The short 1s pulse minimizes thermal effect, while the high-frequency oscillation enables clear marking of extremely small and fine characters down to 0.15 mm. The surface engraving generates easy-to-see white markings and code sections with sharp, precise edges. High-speed precision 3D marking with deep engraving thanks to 50 W high power output can be performed on metal parts such as bearings and tools and on concave or convex surfaces in an area of 50 mm (±25 mm).

Don’t miss the opportunity to discover these innovations at the Panasonic stand at SPS Italia, 13-15 May, Hall 6, Stand H008.
