Fairport, NY. Saelig Company, Inc. has introduced the Rigol MHO/DHO5000 4/6/8-channel high-resolution digital oscilloscope series, based on Rigol’s new proprietary Centaurus technical platform. 500MHz and 1GHz models are available in this series. The 1,000,000wfms/s waveform capture rate, up to 500Mpt memory depth, 12-bit resolution, real-time sample rate of up to 4GSa/s, together with an excellent noise floor, all address the test demands for high accuracy situations. Vertical sensitivity provided is down to 100μV/div. FFT spectrum capabilities and a built-in DVM and hardware counter are included in all models, as well as serial protocol analysis for RS232/UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, FlexRay, I2S, and MIL-STD-1553. Some MHO/DHO5000 models come with AFG and Bode plot capability and offer digital signal analysis and other functions. (AFG only on MHO5054/MHO5104 models; digital signal analysis only on MHO models; Bode plot function only on MHO5054/MHO5104 models).

The compact 5U size of the MHO/DHO5000 instruments allows for rack-mounting, while the 10.1″ 1280*800 high-definition touch screen provides great visibility and ease of use. Powered by an attached battery-pack, the MHO/DHO5000 series is well-suited for field or in-vehicle measurements. High resolution mode even allows up to 16-bit precision measurements. The instrument’s search and navigation capability helps users to quickly search for anomalous signals and locate them quickly and accurately. Standard configuration provides USB Device, USB Host, LAN, and HDMI interfaces for all models.

The MHO/DHO5000 4/6/8-ch high-resolution 500MHz/1GHz digital oscilloscope series is designed to meet advanced design, debugging, and test demands. They are available now from Saelig Company, Inc., Rigol’s USA technical distributor. For detailed specifications, free technical assistance, or additional information, please contact Saelig at 1-888-7SAELIG, via email: info@saelig.com.
