Application key feature:

NeoChrom GPU, New 2.5D Accelerator With Massive Hardware Optimizations on STM32U599J-DK
STM32U5 Series microcontroller featuring an Arm® Cortex®-M33 core with Arm® TrustZone® + FPU , 240 DMIPS, Ultra low power MCU ,upto 4 MB Flash / 2.5 MB SRAM.
This demo showed the performance of TouchGFX with the ThreadX operating system on the STM32U599J-DK ( Discovery kit ) with 2.5 inch round display. A NeoChrom GPU, a new graphic processing unit within certain STM32U5. The technology optimizes animations such as flips, spins, scaling, zooms, and more. In a nutshell, the new hardware IP accelerates texture mapping and alpha blending.
STM32U5 is PSA level 3 and SESIP level 3 certified.
Wireless Charger 100W
This demo highlighted the capability of STWBC2 -HP, Which is a digital controller dedicated to design Qi-certified Wireless Power TX applications and also the capability of STWLC98, Which is the receiver that is capable to harvest upto 70W;
The STWBC2-HP is a SiP that embeds the STM32G071, it is an ARM Cortex™-M0+ CPU with up to 128 k Flash memory and up to 32 k of SRAM with parity check, with a clock frequency up to 64 MHz.
It also embeds a 12-bit, 0.5 μs ADC and provides UART, I2C, SPI and GPIOs. The STWBC2-HP is capable of driving the DC-DC stage and the half- or full-bridge inverter stage of a generic Qi wireless battery charging TX. The STM32G071 embedded in STWBC2-HP also provides two 12-bit DACs and USB-PD controller.
STWBC2-HP based wireless charger TX demo displayed here supports up to a TX power of 100W+ with ST proprietary protocol (STSC) it also complies to Qi V1.3 EPP 15W with MP-A2 topology, and authentication with STSAFE-A110. The Type-C input interface supports USB-PD 3.0, including PPS, and so on, the Innovative Q factor measurement for high accuracy QFOD (Foreign Object Detection), it also embeds Rich protections with static and dynamic OVP, OCP, OTP and power balanced FOD, there is also an Optional proprietary extension for wider spatial freedom (X-Y-Z)
The Receiver portion is wired around STWLC98 is a highly integrated wireless power receiver suitable for applications delivering an output power up to 70W.The chip has been designed to support Qi specifications 1.2.4 and 1.3 for inductive communication protocol with Extended Power Profile (EPP) and proprietary ST Super Charge(STSC) protocol for fast charging. With integrated low-loss synchronous rectifier and low drop-out linear regulator, STWLC98 achieves high efficiency with low power dissipation. We do have a receiver solution based on STWLC99, that is capable to support upto 100W receiver applications.
Through I2C interface the user can access and modify the configuration parameters for customized applications, the final configuration parameters are stored in embedded Few Times Programmable(FTP) non-volatile memory and automatically retrieved at power-up. The device can also operate as wireless transmitter up to 15W (coil dependent) Chip-Scale Package and low BOM count makes it very suitable for compact applications.

NFC Readers for the IoT applications
The ST25R3918B is a multipurpose NFC transceiver supporting NFC reader, passive peer-to-peer functionality and NFC card emulation mode.
It is optimized to achieve good read ranges with low output power, even under noisy and harsh environments, using noise reduction receiver technology.
