The range of regulators from Diotec Semiconductor has been expanded to include a series of LDO (low-dropout) regulators with an extended operating temperature range (from -40°C to +85°C).
The presented regulators provide a constant and accurate output voltage, 1.8 V to 3 V depending on the model, with a tolerance of up to ±1%. They are made in CMOS technology, which ensures low power losses. The regulators are also equipped with current limiting systems protecting them from overload and damage.
The systems are offered in SOT23 housings and are designed for surface mounting (SMD). They are available taped and reeled, which allows machine assembly. Typical applications for these products include efficient linear voltage regulators, DC-DC converters, backup power supplies etc.
