Rajkot, Gujarat, India – Aimtron Foundation has announced the opening of a new pre-primary school for girls in Bhupghad, near Rajkot, as part of its ongoing CSR commitment to strengthening early education infrastructure in rural Gujarat. The school will serve over 100 children from surrounding villages and is the foundation’s second educational institution in the region, alongside its existing school in Tramba.
The Bhupghad school follows a structured pre-primary curriculum delivered through bilingual instruction and activity-based learning methods. The focus is on building foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and cognitive development at the pre-school stage. In this area, rural communities in Gujarat continue to see significant gaps in access to formal schooling. The Tramba school, operational for over a year, has served as the foundation’s proof of concept for this model, investing in classroom infrastructure alongside trained, child-centric educators to improve early learning outcomes.
Aimtron Foundation has been active in community development across Gujarat since 2017, with programs spanning education, vocational skilling, digital literacy, and women’s economic participation. Its track record includes over 530 vocational training sessions, 135 soft skills programs, and more than 284 women trained in tailoring and garment production, building sustainable livelihoods at the grassroots level. Cumulatively, the foundation has reached over 8,500 beneficiaries across its initiatives.
