Astute Group today announces a leadership transition that strengthens its foundations for the next chapter of the business.
GEOFF HILL: MANAGING DIRECTOR TO CHAIRMAN
Geoff Hill, founder and Managing Director, becomes Chairman. In this role, Geoff will continue to shape the Group’s long-term strategy, providing guidance and continuity as Astute moves toward a more unified global operation.
ARAN COKER: APPOINTED TO CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Aran Coker is promoted from Director to Chief Executive Officer, taking on day-to-day leadership of the Group. Over his 27 years with Astute, Aran has played a key role in the development, growth and international expansion of the business. Aran’s mandate is clear: deliver on Astute’s strategy, bring its teams together as one Group, and build on foundations laid over 35+ years.
