CRMIT Solutions Acquires Australia’s Brooke Global

Bengaluru, India – Bengaluru-headquartered CRMIT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a global technology and Decision Intelligence company, today announced that CRMIT Australia Pty Ltd, has acquired Brooke Global, an Australian consultancy specialising in business process transformation, service redesign, and digital consulting for public sector and regulated organisations. The acquisition adds Brooke Global’s 40-member team of strategy consultants to CRMIT’s global workforce and expands the company’s strategy and delivery capabilities in Australia.

Under the terms of the transaction, CRMIT will acquire Brooke Global through an all-cash deal, with Brooke Global making it a CRMIT Australia group company, while retaining its existing brand, leadership, and identity. The acquisition brings together Brooke Global’s deep public sector advisory expertise and strong Australian market presence with CRMIT’s capabilities across Salesforce, Customer Experience, Decision Intelligence and Agentic AI. Together, the organisations will create a stronger platform to support government agencies and regulated enterprises across strategy, process redesign, technology modernisation, managed services and the responsible adoption of AI.

With more than two decades of experience, CRMIT has built significant scale, having successfully delivered over 5,000 projects globally. The company combines its deep expertise in Salesforce, data, and AI-led enterprise solutions with a strong focus on long-term customer relationships and recurring revenue. This acquisition further strengthens CRMIT’s proposition by adding Brooke Global’s experience in governance-led advisory services and digitally enabled service transformation.

Vinod Reddy, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, CRMIT Solutions, said,

“The future of enterprise transformation will be defined not simply by how organisations adopt technology, but by how effectively they redesign services, use data to make better decisions, and apply AI to create measurable outcomes. Brooke Global adds an important dimension to CRMIT’s journey by deepening our understanding of public sector transformation. Together, we can build a differentiated, consulting-led model that delivers meaningful outcomes for customers.”

CRMIT’s Bengaluru headquarters and India-based teams will play a key role in supporting the combined organisation’s technology, AI, engineering and delivery capabilities. Its Agentic AI squad, Aimplifai, explores emerging AI technologies and translates them into practical, enterprise-ready applications. The acquisition gives Brooke Global access to CRMIT’s scale and deep technology and engineering capabilities in India, while bringing CRMIT the benefit of Brooke Global’s public sector expertise and experience in developing AI-enabled solutions for Australian government and regulated organisations. This combination creates a powerful platform for scaling innovative, responsible AI solutions across the public sector.

Governments and regulated industries in the ANZ region are under pressure to improve citizen and customer services while meeting complex compliance, cybersecurity, and governance requirements. CRMIT and Brooke Global will address these priorities through consulting-led transformation supported by Salesforce, data, and AI capabilities.

Bruce McGregor, Managing Partner, Brooke Global, said:

“Brooke Global has built its reputation by helping public sector organisations in Australia solve complex business challenges through trusted, digitally enabled service transformation. Joining CRMIT brings our consulting experience together with global delivery capabilities and advanced AI technologies. It creates a stronger platform for our customers to accelerate transformation while maintaining the governance, trust, and accountability they expect.”

Customers of both organisations will gain access to broader consulting expertise, stronger Salesforce and AI capabilities, expanded managed services, and greater delivery scale across Australia and international markets. Existing Brooke Global engagements will continue without interruption, maintaining continuity across teams, relationships, and service delivery.
