Bird has announced that it has signed a brand license agreement with Sanko Technologies which covers the use of the Bird brand for select radio frequency (RF) products manufactured by Sanko. Under the agreement, the licensed products will be manufactured, marketed and sold through Sanko Technologies. The terms of the agreement remain confidential between the parties.
