Electronics Era: According to you, what are the latest tech trends in the Test & Measurement Industry?
Navin Goliya: As with all Electronic products, Test & Measuring Instruments are changing to meet customer needs. New instruments have P.C. interface for transferring data to P.C, Bluetooth for transferring data to Mobile Phone, Single Switch to operate all functions of DMM instead of traditional rotary switch, Special jaws for clampmeters to be able to measure low currents accurately H.V. Insulation Resistance Testers to overcome wrong reading’s due to noisy atmosphere in H.V. substation etc.
Electronics Era: As we all are aware about global component shortage nowadays. As a manufacturer does Kusam-Meco also face this problem during production? If yes, how your company overcome this problem?
Navin Goliya: Component shortage globally has affected the electronics industry. Our suppliers are quoting longer deliveries for their products. This has led to keeping more inventories of those products. To overcome this shortage & to maintain the supply chain, we are increasing our inventories, so that customers can get their requirements on time.
Electronics Era: Being a reputed manufacturing company of T&M products. What are your growth & branding strategies for the year 2023-24?
Navin Goliya: KUSAM-MECO is moving with the times. Fromadvertising products in print media, we are now marketing our products on Online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Industry buying etc. we also are doing Digital Marketing by displaying our products on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin etc. This will add to our brand image which will benefit us Immensely by reaching to millions of users.
