The latest addition are the FIBOX NEO enclosures, which are widely recognized and trusted by professionals. Below are the enclosures and other accessories in this series.
FIBOX NEO enclosures
FIBOX NEO enclosures are designed for control systems, ICT infrastructure, alarm systems, electrical installations etc. This group of products includes sealed, unshielded (which is especially important in the case of the so-called “Internet of Things” devices) enclosures, holders, and mounting plates. All of these products are available directly from TME’s warehouses, thanks to which we can provide our customers with the fastest possible delivery.

NEO enclosures are designed to provide maximum protection of electronic components against environmental conditions (IP67 rating) – and the safety of users and others in the vicinity of distribution boards. The enclosures are made of weather resistant polycarbonate with operating temperature ranging from -40°C to 80°C – their flammability rating is UL94 -5VA (burning of the test sample stops within 60 seconds, no pieces dripping / falling off). The NEO series enclosures are IK09 rated, which means they are protected against 10 joules of impact (equivalent to impact of 5 kg mass dropped from 20 cm above). The housings are characterized by low weight, while maintaining rigidity (reinforced structure of the corners and the cover); they can be used for indoors and outdoors (integrated roof covers the door gap).
The interior space has been maximized: the enclosures are characterised by their large capacity. The 180° door opening angle guarantees convenient access to the devices installed inside. An additional advantage of polycarbonate enclosures is easy processing, e.g., drilling holes for glands, as well as no corrosion and resistance to UV radiation. Models with transparent (tinted) covers are available.
To facilitate installation of devices inside NEO enclosures, the manufacturer prepared two types of mounting plates: uniform, made of steel, and perforated, made of plastic. They are pre-profiled and pre-drilled at the factory, so installation itself does not require any machining. In the case of perforated plates, the devices in the housing can be fixed with a screwdriver and plastic screws, which facilitates installation work (these plates have a spacer profile in the rear part, so the structure is stiffened, and pressure will not cause cracking). Steel parts are protected against corrosion by galvanizing and painting. They are the best choice when there is the need for reinforced construction, grounding base, or reduction of electromagnetic interference.
Perforation allows the devices to be easily assembled using a minimum number of tools.
Holders, mounting kits
Elements that allow the enclosure to be secured to the pole while maintaining a high IP rating.
The enclosure can be easily fixed using accessories provided by the manufacturer. In the case of wall mounting, these are wall fastening lugs with the matching screws that do not penetrate the enclosure, which maintains high IP rating (i.e., splash, water, and dust resistance). Their additional advantage is the location of the mounting holes, which are outside the outline of the enclosure – it can be removed from the wall without opening the cover. In addition to these, FIBOX also offers sets with rails and clamps that allow you to secure the enclosure to the pole – this is done with metal clamps (the set shown in the photo).
