  • MathCo Announces Transformation to an AI-Native Model, Marking 10 Years of Building Enterprise Intelligence
  • Aims to build a workforce of 4,000+ AI-native professionals, including Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) across India and the US
  • MathCo to expand the model across its client base, helping organizations work smarter, faster, and more efficiently, targeting 3X growth
  • Unveils Thinking Architecture, an AI framework designed to help global organizations scale enterprise AI and accelerate their journey to becoming AI-native

Bengaluru – MathCo, a global Enterprise AI and Analytics company, marks ten years of helping Fortune 500 enterprises transform decision-making through data, analytics, and AI.  As it enters its next decade, the organization announced its transition to an AI-native way of working – a fundamental shift in how the organization designs, builds, and delivers value to clients.

MathCo’s new AI-native operating model is expected to create more than 2,000 new specialized AI roles, while helping clients solve the right problems, improve efficiency, and unlock measurable business value. The model is also expected to fuel 3X growth for MathCo over the next four years.

“Ten years ago, we started MathCo with a vision to democratize data-driven decision-making and equip enterprises with smarter intelligence. That vision has evolved into something much bigger, helping organizations embed intelligence into the fabric of their businesses, enabling faster, smarter, and more confident decisions,” said Sayandeb Banerjee, CEO and Cofounder, MathCo.

Redefining AI Services for Enterprises

As enterprises race to adopt AI, many continue to struggle to move beyond isolated pilots toward enterprise-wide adoption and measurable business outcomes. MathCo’s AI-native transformation is designed to help organizations bridge this gap, enabling them to scale AI more quickly, effectively, and with greater business impact.

“We are now redefining AI Services for modern enterprises and bringing the ” AI-Native Way of Working” to life. Transforming into an AI-native organization is about fundamentally rethinking how businesses operate, solve problems, and create using AI. Our aim is also to help our clients bring AI into every aspect of their business, so they can move beyond simply adapting to AI and use it to create lasting competitive advantage,” Banerjee added.

MathCo’s AI-native transformation is designed to accelerate its next phase of growth, reshaping how it delivers for clients, builds talent, and scales its business:

  • AI-Native workforce to play an important role: MathCo is transforming its workforce to build AI-native talent at scale, equipping employees with a new mindset, skill set, and tool set to embed AI in how they solve problems and deliver solutions. This includes combining deep domain expertise with data and technology capabilities, as well as proficiency with leading AI platforms. Through upskilling existing talent and targeted hiring, MathCo aims to build a workforce of 4,000+ AI-native professionals, including Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) across India and the US over the next four years.
  • 3X Growth Projection: MathCo’s AI-native model has seen strong client adoption, with early results demonstrating its potential to drive meaningful business impact at scale. The company plans to expand the model across its client base and capabilities, targeting 3X growth over the next four years. This growth is expected to be driven by deeper engagement with existing clients, new client acquisition, expansion of AI-native solutions, and growing demand for enterprise AI transformation.
  • Solving the right problems for clients: MathCo’s AI-native approach focuses on addressing the right problems and creating tangible business value. By rethinking processes and embedding AI into everyday workflows, the approach helps clients and teams work smarter, faster, and more efficiently, while reducing time, effort, and cost.

The Thinking Architecture

To bring this vision to life for its clients, MathCo has unveiled The Thinking Architecture, an AI framework to help global organizations become AI-native. The framework has four interconnected components – consumption, orchestration, integration, and context, supported by a shared platform foundation.

The Thinking Architecture enables organizations to move beyond isolated AI use cases to build enterprise-wide intelligence systems that continuously learn, adapt, and improve. By connecting AI across functions, workflows, and decision-making, the approach is designed to turn individual AI applications into scalable, measurable business impact – addressing one of the biggest challenges in enterprise AI today: moving from experimentation to enterprise-wide scale, value and adoption.
