The platform’s AI diagnostic engine currently operates at an efficiency rate of 90%+, with ongoing clinical refinements expected to push its performance further as the dataset grows. Complementing the kiosk, the MediElaj mobile app provides AI-assisted symptom analysis, wellness tools and patient support services, creating a fully connected healthcare ecosystem built around speed and convenience.
Early traction has been compelling: a single community centre kiosk pilot has already completed over 200 diagnoses and conducted more than 350 non-invasive tests, demonstrating strong demand at the grassroots level.
