Mouser Now Shipping the New ZED-F20P Multi-Band High-Precision GNSS Module from u-blox

Mouser Electronics is now shipping the new ZED-F20P multi-band high-precision GNSS module from u-blox. With support for triple-band GNSS (L1/L2/L5) and advanced positioning techniques including RTK and PPP-RTK, the ZED-F20P multi-band module delivers robust GNSS performance for ground and air robotics applications.

The u-blox ZED-F20P module, available from Mouser, delivers centimeter-level accuracy with fast convergence and high reliability, enabling rapid scaling of autonomous systems operating in dynamic, real-world conditions. Optimized for unmanned autonomous vehicles (UAVs) and other industrial automation platforms, ZED-F20P concurrently receives signals from GPS, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS, and NavIC across three frequency bands (L1/L2/L5), ensuring resilient positioning even in GNSS-challenged environments. It delivers centimeter-level, real-time kinematic (RTK) and precise point positioning (PPP-RTK) accuracy, with low power consumption and fast convergence, in a compact, integration-friendly design.

The u-blox ZED-F20P supports Radio Technical Commission for Maritime Services (RTCM) and Secure Position Augmentation for Real Time Navigation (SPARTN) correction formats, enabling flexibility across local and cloud-based correction sources, including virtual reference stations (VRS) and continental-wide State Space Representation (SSR) services. Security features include anti-jamming, anti-spoofing, secure boot, and Open Service Navigation Message Authentication (OSNMA), a message-authentication mechanism that provides both accuracy and integrity in safety-critical systems. The ZED-F20P is supported by both the u-blox ANN-MB3 and u-blox ANN-MB2 antennas to provide an ideal solution for the u-blox triple-band F20 high-precision platform and the u-blox F9 high-precision products, which support the L1, L2, and L5 bands.

This evaluation kit provides exceptional precision with a user-friendly interface and comprehensive documentation to facilitate easy integration and testing. The kit supports multiple GNSS constellations, ensuring robust and reliable performance even in challenging environments.
