Hsinchu, Taiwan – Nuvoton Technology announced its participation in Embedded World 2026 at Booth 4-106. Nuvoton will showcase technical advancements across five core themes: AI MCU Solutions, the NuDeveloper Ecosystem, Automotive Solutions, MCU-powered Industrial Gateways, and Gaming Lighting/Audio Solutions. Nuvoton’s presentation focuses on developer-oriented value, featuring integrated platforms designed to reduce design complexity and accelerate the transition from prototyping to mass production.
In the field of Endpoint AI, Nuvoton will demonstrate the NuMicro® M55M1 Series, which integrates the Arm® Cortex®-M55 core with the Ethos-U55 NPU for real-time, on-device inference. This platform prioritizes data privacy and low latency by performing all neural network processing locally at the endpoint. Real-world application demos include AI Tetris Control via body pose landmark detection and a touch-free AI Smart Fan that utilizes gesture recognition and movement tracking to follow users intelligently.
A primary highlight for the embedded community is the NuDeveloper Ecosystem, a fully integrated toolchain intended to streamline the development cycle. Technical displays will feature NuCodeGen, a VSCode-based tool trained on Nuvoton’s Technical Reference Manuals (TRM) and BSP APIs to generate AI-powered code. To assist UI/UX engineers, NuTool-LCDView provides PC-based, hardware-free simulation of segment LCD components. For hardware debugging, the Nu-Link3-Pro provides an all-in-one solution for programming, debugging, bridge, and logic analysis. Nu-Link3-Pro is the industry’s first programmer with a built-in logic analyzer (LA). It features a compact, lightweight design that makes it easy to carry and ideal for development anytime, anywhere. The Nu-Link-Gang programmer supports concurrent 4-site offline programming for mass production.
For Automotive and Battery Management, Nuvoton is showcasing its next-generation Wireless BMS. By integrating Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS), the system provides a precise estimate of the battery’s internal temperature and state of health (SOH), enabling early detection of abnormalities even during rapid charging. Nuvoton will also highlight the Gerda™ series, an integrated IC for automotive HMIs, including head-up displays (HUDs), instrument clusters, and electronic mirrors. The Gerda series features significant built-in RAM to eliminate the need for external DRAM, simplifying PCB design and reducing the overall BOM cost.
Nuvoton will also present its MCU-powered Industrial Gateways, leveraging the MA35D1 host’s powerful hardware scalability to connect products such as the M2003 and M251 via Modbus RTU and TCP. For Gaming Lighting Solutions, Nuvoton’s exclusive LED Light Strip Interface (LLSI) hardware will be featured. Unlike traditional software-mapped solutions, LLSI uses dedicated hardware to decode color data directly, supporting complex ARGB synchronization for gaming peripherals and full integration with Windows 11 Dynamic Lighting.
“According to Nuvoton, the focus at Embedded World 2026 is on providing an integrated and immersive experience to visitors. And hope to give engineers a comprehensive ecosystem that bridges the gap between prototype and production.” Attendees can use the voucher code ew26567218 for free admission to visit the Nuvoton team at booth 4-106.
