Bengaluru –  Online Instruments (India) Private Limited (“Online Instruments”) announced the acquisition of Level 3 Audiovisual, LLC (“Level 3 Audiovisual”), a U.S.-based audiovisual integration and engineering company with deep expertise in global enterprise program management and service delivery.

This acquisition marks a major milestone in Online Instruments’ global expansion strategy, establishing a direct operational presence in the United States and enhancing its ability to serve multinational enterprises with consistent, scalable, and regionally aligned AV solutions.

A Strategic Move into the U.S. Market

Online Instruments’ expansion into the U.S. market reflects an important step in the company’s long-term growth strategy. Through Level 3 Audiovisual, Online Instruments gains a strong operational presence supported by established technical teams, mature delivery processes, and deep insight into the U.S. enterprise AV landscape.

Integrating this U.S. capability with Online Instruments’ established operations across India, the Middle East, and Asia strengthens the company’s global delivery platform. The combined footprint increases engineering capacity, enhances program scalability, and supports consistent, high-quality execution across regions. With this expanded presence, Online Instruments is well-positioned to support multinational customers in North America and deliver standardised, scalable solutions for globally distributed environments.

“Integrating Level 3 Audiovisual into the Online Instruments organisation strengthens our ability to deliver consistent, high-quality solutions across regions,” said Mr. Shivanand Mallappa Mahashetti, Managing Director, Online Instruments. “Level 3 Audiovisual’s engineering discipline, operational maturity, and understanding of the U.S. enterprise market made it an ideal fit as we expand our global delivery platform and support customers with greater scale and regional alignment.”

Aligned Values and Complementary Strengths

The decision to bring Level 3 Audiovisual into the Online Instruments organisation was driven by a strong alignment in delivery philosophy, engineering discipline, and long-term strategic objectives. Both companies share a commitment to rigorous quality standards, structured program management, and an engineering-led approach to audiovisual integration. This alignment formed the basis for selecting Level 3 Audiovisual as the right organisation to extend Online Instruments’ presence into the United States.

Previous collaboration between the two companies has created a proven working relationship built on trust, openness, and consistent execution across complex international engagements. This shared experience made the transition into a unified organisation a natural progression, enabling both teams to operate with greater cohesion and to scale their capabilities across regions.

By combining Online Instruments’ multi-country delivery scale with Level 3 Audiovisual’s deep technical expertise and understanding of the U.S. market, the unified organisation enhances its ability to deliver globally consistent yet locally responsive solutions. This strengthened alignment increases engineering capacity, expands program coverage, and improves the organisation’s ability to support enterprise customers with high-quality delivery across multiple geographies.

Level 3 Audiovisual will continue to operate under its current brand and leadership team, preserving the engineering discipline, delivery processes, and customer engagement model that have defined its success. As part of Online Instruments, these strengths align with the company’s global standards and operational frameworks, enabling coordinated execution across regions while maintaining a seamless experience for customers and partners alike.

“Maintaining our leadership structure and operational approach ensures consistency for our customers as we take this next step,” said Jeremy Elsesser, President & CEO of Level 3 Audiovisual. “Becoming part of Online Instruments positions us to grow our U.S. presence, deepen our capabilities, and support customers with a more globally integrated delivery model.”

Building for the Future

The integration of Level 3 Audiovisual advances Online Instruments’ vision of a globally coordinated AV integration platform built on engineering rigor, disciplined execution, and consistent delivery standards. By combining U.S. and APAC strengths, the organisation expands its technical depth and operational scale, enabling more unified delivery across regions.

With an enhanced international footprint and a strengthened global delivery model, Online Instruments is equipped to support complex enterprise environments with solutions that perform reliably and scale intelligently. As demand grows for standardised AV ecosystems that support distributed operations, Online Instruments is dedicated to engineering excellence and delivering meaningful workplace experiences worldwide.
