Delhi / Ahmedabad – Rapidise, an India-based deep-tech Original Design Manufacturer (ODM), today announced the expansion of its manufacturing operations in Manesar, Haryana, which is expected to increase its overall production capacity fourfold.
The expansion includes a 120,000 sq ft facility in Sector 8, Manesar, alongside Rapidise’s existing 40,000 sq ft facility in Sector 3. The Sector 8 facility will add Surface Mount Technology (SMT) capacity, automated manufacturing systems and digital production capabilities to support higher production volumes and more complex electronics programmes.
As part of the expansion, Rapidise has already added a new dual-lane SMT line taking total component placements per hour capacity to approximately 800,000. The setup will enable the company to manufacture complex PCB assemblies, including server and AI boards, while providing real-time production traceability through connected manufacturing systems.

The Manesar expansion gives us the manufacturing base to take larger and more complex programmes from design to volume production in India, while expanding our capabilities across AI hardware, networking and compute, defence and railways.”
Rapidise is investing approximately ₹200 crore, as part of its three-year investment plan. The phase wise disbursement includes part funds directed towards the Sector 8 expansion and the installation of 10 SMT lines and further development of the Sector 8 manufacturing infrastructure. The expansion is also expected to create around 1,000 direct and indirect jobs during FY27.
Rapidise currently manufactures products across automotive, consumer electronics, telecom, security & surveillance, networking and compute, healthcare and agriculture, with capabilities spanning product engineering, validation and mass manufacturing. The additional capacity will enable the company to support OEM programmes at greater scale, from product development through commercial production, while also pursuing opportunities in networking, railways and defence.
