Samesky Expands Knob Accessories Portfolio With New High-Precision Aluminum Knobs

Samesky’s Motion and Control Group has announced an exciting expansion to its knob accessories line with the introduction of the SAK Series Aluminum Knobs. These newly added aluminum options are engineered for superior durability, smooth tactile control, and compatibility with Samesky’s wide range of rotary potentiometers and panel-mount incremental encoders featuring 6 mm D-cut shafts.

Designed to meet diverse application needs across industrial, consumer electronics, instrumentation, and professional audio equipment, the SAK aluminum knobs come in diamond-knurled, standard knurled, and smooth shaft styles, each available with or without pointer indicators. This ensures product designers have the flexibility to select the most suitable look and feel for their equipment interfaces.

The aluminum knobs are manufactured with precision dimensions, offering:

• Heights: 10 to 17 mm

• Outer Diameters: 10.3 to 50.24 mm

• Shaft Depths: 7.1 to 15 mm

• Shaft Compatibility: 6 mm diameter D-cut shafts

• Styles: Diamond knurled, knurled, and smooth options

• Indicators: Optional pointer variants

To simplify product selection for engineers and OEMs, Samesky has also released a comprehensive Knobs Compatibility Guide, making it easier to cross- reference compatible aluminum and plastic knobs with their corresponding potentiometers and encoders.
