The newly introduced SelectaFlux 3 builds on the proven performance of earlier SelectaFlux systems, incorporating enhanced control features and improved process consistency tailored for modern selective solder platforms. Sono-Tek will also feature and display its new Flow Monitoring option for the SonoFlux Servo, designed to enhance flux quantity control, quality assurance, and data collection. Using a non-contact flow sensor, the system provides real-time monitoring of flux volume with an accuracy of ±15%, records dispensed flux volume per board, supports data logging for historical review, and generates active alarms if flow rates move outside defined limits.
