Waldenburg (Germany) – The Würth Elektronik Group will showcase its broad range of products and services at electronica in Munich from November 10 to 13, 2026. True to its claim, “more than you expect”, all three business units are set to emphasize their strong commitment to service, demonstrating how they support customers far beyond the norm for the industry. Würth Elektronik eiSos (EMC & Inductive Solutions) will feature its portfolio of electronic and electromechanical components in Hall B6, Booth 101. Next door, Würth Elektronik CBT (Circuit Board Technology), one of Europe’s largest PCB manufacturers, will showcase its portfolio at Booth 102. Würth Elektronik ICS (Intelligent Power & Control Systems) will present its high-current contacts and busbars for PCB connection in Hall A3, Booth 334.
Würth Elektronik eiSos will unveil a new series of high-speed optocouplers with data rates of up to 10 MBd, as well as a new generation of horticultural LEDs for precise control of plant growth. A dedicated online tool, the “Horticalculator” is available for this purpose. The lineup also includes new nanocrystalline cable cores for broadband EMC filtering, along with the expanded WE-MXGI series of inductors, which offers significantly higher power density while maintaining consistently low RDC. These new products are examples of the broad portfolio that Würth Elektronik eiSos offers to support its customers in developing their electronic solutions. The product portfolio is complemented by measurement-data-based calculation tools (REDEXPERT), customized design-in support, as well as personal and digital services throughout the entire development process. Together with its partners, the company will also present reference designs that demonstrate its application expertise and highlight its focus on specific, practical solutions for electronics developers and purchasing professionals alike.
Efficient high-current connections
In Hall A3, the exhibition area for connectors, Würth Elektronik ICS will highlight its innovative PCB connection solutions for high-current applications. The focus of the trade show presentation is on the lead-free LF PowerBasket power elements, as well as the PowerBusbar PCB and PowerBusbar PF busbars. The LF PowerBasket enables pluggable high-current connections of up to 150 A and offers a space-saving, easy-to-assemble solution, particularly for board-to-board connections. The company will also show its PowerBusbar solutions for efficient high-current distribution on PCBs. In addition to the proven PowerBusbar PCB busbars, we will unveil the PowerBusbar PF, a vertical press-fit busbar that reinforces current paths and increases the overall system’s current-carrying capacity, particularly where space is limited.
Customized PCB solutions
At electronica, Würth Elektronik CBT will display its full range of PCB offerings – from conventional rigid PCBs and HDI, flex, and rigid-flex technologies to high-end solutions such as embedding and the innovative s.mask technology. The focus is on how PCBs can be adapted to meet the growing demands of modern electronics, including higher levels of integration, increasing power requirements, and ongoing miniaturization. Real-world examples, such as an Infineon payment ring, an open-source smartwatch, and a dermatoscope, demonstrate the wide range of possibilities offered by customized PCB solutions. At various service desks, CBT experts will also provide information on design and engineering, the WEdirekt online shop, and international sourcing solutions. Würth Elektronik CBT’s manufacturing capabilities in Germany and Asia enable it to support customers from the initial design concept, through prototyping and series production, to international sourcing, helping them implement suitable solutions and ensure a reliable supply of PCBs.
